Pricing, simply.
- What's a credit?
- Credits are how Moments meters work. A quick chat costs a small fraction of a credit. Deep research, browser tasks, and document generation cost more — they're noted with a surcharge note on the plan. Most users on Pro never come close to their monthly allotment.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes — Lite rolls over up to 25 credits, Starter up to 50. Pro and Power don't roll over because their monthly allotments are already generous. Free does not roll over.
- Can I change plans?
- Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the price. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current credits until then.
- Can I cancel and export my data?
- Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks — no calls, no friction. We're GDPR-compliant; you can export your data from account settings before or after cancelling.
- What about taxes?
- Prices shown are in USD and exclude tax. EU customers see VAT added at checkout based on country. Annual invoices and VAT receipts are available from your account.
- Is there a guarantee?
- If Moments doesn't earn its keep in the first 14 days, email support and we'll refund the month — no questions, no clawback of credits already used.
